How We Give Your Voice Real Legal Weight.

01. The Standard of Evidence

If anyone can click a button ten times, the poll is meaningless. Parliament and Regulators routinely ignore online petitions because they cannot verify if the signatures are from real citizens, foreign bot farms, or automated scripts.

To turn your opinion into Material Consideration—evidence that institutions are legally obliged to review—we must prove your standing. Identity is validity.

02. Citizen Verification (Individuals)

To ensure "One Human, One Vote," we utilize secure, third-party authentication protocols.

  • How it works: You will be asked to verify your status using standard Open Banking APIs or official Gov.uk login gateways.
  • What we see: We receive a cryptographic "Yes/No" confirming you are a unique, verified UK resident over the age of 18.
  • The Guarantee: We do not see your bank balance, your browsing history, or your full identity profile. We only verify your right to speak.

03. Commercial Verification (Businesses)

Companies are legal entities with their own rights and liabilities. When regulations cause economic damage, businesses must have a verifiable way to object.

  • How it works: Commercial standing is verified against the live Companies House register.
  • The Process: We verify that the individual casting the vote is an active, listed Director of the submitting UK Limited Company.
  • The Guarantee: This prevents activist groups from fraudulently submitting "Notices of Impact" on behalf of companies they do not own. View the Impact Framework →

04. The "Zero Data" Promise

We are the Governance Engine, not a data broker. The moment your verification is complete and your vote is cast to the public ledger, the link to your personal verification token is severed. Your vote is permanent; your personal data is vaporized.
