The Notice of Impact
Structured Economic Evidence for Verified UK Businesses.
When digital regulations—such as the Online Safety Act or Net Zero mandates—are drafted, the voices of small and medium enterprises are often drowned out by multinational lobbyists. A Notice of Impact is your legal counter-measure. It is a structured, mathematically verified report detailing exactly how a policy causes economic friction for your registered entity.
01. Entity Verification (The Shield)
We do not accept anonymous business complaints. To ensure your notice holds weight with Parliament and industry regulators, we require Director-Level Verification.
Your standing is cross-referenced in real-time with the Companies House API. This proves the notice is filed by an active, legally recognized UK entity.
02. Defining The Material Friction
A Notice of Impact goes beyond a simple "disagree" vote. It requires you to categorize the damage. When submitting, you will define the friction across three axes:
- Operational Cost: Capital required to comply with the new digital mandate.
- Market Access: Loss of audience, customer communication, or advertising reach due to platform over-censorship.
- Data Sovereignty: Risks posed to your proprietary company data by mandatory third-party scanning.
03. The Ledger Entry (The Witness)
Once verified and submitted, your Notice of Impact is stripped of sensitive commercial vulnerabilities and recorded on the public consensus ledger. It cannot be altered by the government, and it cannot be deleted by the platform.
It becomes permanent, searchable Material Consideration that regulators are legally bound to review during consultation periods.
